UFC is embarking on fights of contenders for the interim belt. First casualty is Stephen Thompson who lost by unanimous decision to undefeated Darren Till. The 5-round fight was lackluster because of Thompson’s fighting style that is highly defensive. But in the last round, Till hit Thompson with a haymaker that caused a clear knockdown. And although Thompson was able to stand up at once, that knockdown caused him the decision.

Darren Till is one of the better fighters to watch in UFC, this British fighter is quick with his fists with a 17-0-1 card, he outclassed his opponent Stephen Thompson who has a 14-3-1 record last May 28, in UFC's fight night 130.
