it's good, really. I tryied in the past and I'm going to try soon. I took animal pump 0,5 h before my workout.

I suggest you should take Animal Pak, too.

I prefer Universal - Shock Therapy, pretty much the same formula, more servings, and 'bout the same cost.

yeah i love it also ive been taking it for for 2 years now u don't have to cycle off it the m-stak goes good with it too for bigger gains.
