USAPL Southern Raw Open held at Revolution Fitness in Hattiesburg,MS
December 14 Ray Williams of Fulton,MS broke the American Record SHW raw Squat and total record with at 903 squat on his opener and was very close with 953 with bench 523 and deadlift 750 for total record 2,177. By Arnold Sports Festival 2200+ should fall. The 2,177 is the new drug tested All time World record total!
The most impressive lifting of the day was done by Michael Whities of Brandon,MS also in the SHW class Squat 485 Bench 115-Deadlift 303 -909 total but Michaeldid this with just one arm he lost his left arm in industrail accident.
