Used/Remanufactured fitness equipment

Hi Bros,

One of my friend offered me to have our own gym.I will pay 1/3 at first and he will pay 2/3.He then will get money for a while from our gym.Now we are looking for equipments.Since they are very expensive, i am looking for used ones.I found a few websites on the net.If you know any information about the website i found or if you know another trusted website that i will be appreciate.

I am interested in Cybex Classic,Cybex VR,Cybex VR2,Cybex Galileo,Life fitness
and maybe more expensive like Techno Gym,Nautilus Nitro

I would try Craigslist if I were you. Place an ad in every major city. I am sure something will come up.

What is the target audience? What market research have you done? What is your capture market?

If you are after BBers or powerlifters all you really need is a couple of power racks, weights and bars and as small a rental floor space as possible.

If you're wanting to go into a fully fledged housewife gym then machines would be easier to buy as part of an old gym's liquidation. The business model of most gyms is such that they are over committed and often have to sell up after the end of financial year. I'd be checking for walk in walk out businesses.
