1a:Incline db press: 26kg 4*5, 4
1b:Bb row: 60kg: 8*10 (back still didn't just work propely)
2: ATG-Squat: 60kg 4*5
No EDT in this workout, I ran out of time with the squats

Today
1a: Shoulder press: 55kg 8*5 (too easy)
1b: Chin-up: +10kg: 5*5, 3*4 (still: WTF) + little pumpin' and negatives with bodyweight
2:NO DEADS TODAY!!! Even walking hurts:D
EDT: Lateral raise: 20*5
EDT: Sit-up: 20*5

Hmm... Still feeling like something isn't just right, the weights haven't gone up a bit. Feeling small.

E: LOL. All I've been doing in this log is whining like a fucking sissy:D

Updating tomorrow. Three workouts. The two actual workouts went pretty allright + one kind of recovering (rotaror cuffs, lower back and that kind of stuff)

Now I'm just too tired to write much, feeling like a punching bag: beaten up like shit. That's a good sign:D

1a.Bench press: 60kg: 2*5, 2*4. 3, 50kg 3*6
1b.Bb row: 90kg 8*5 (then some pumping just for the fun of it)
2. Still couldn't just do any leg exercises.
EDT Couldn't do it either, the dumbbells that I would have needed were broken, tried with bigger weight, but just couldn't do it

Extras:
1.Db curl 10kg 2*20
2.Db bench press 10kg 1*30
3.Pulldown 40kg 2*25

Friday: didn't mark up the weights, because this isn't a serious session
1.Face pull
2.Rotator cuffs
3.Back extension
4.Mixed oblique working

Saturday:
1a.Dip 10kg 4*5, 3 5kg 3*5
1b.Chin-up 10kg 2*5, 2*4 5kg 2*5, 4 (dissapointed)
2.Deadlift 95kg 8*5
EDT: Upright row 27kg 17*5
EDT: Sit-up 17*5

E: BTW, today I watched Big old nasty Ronnie Coleman's The Cost Of Redemption, and got to say, it ain't nothing but a peanut... nice watching that kind of stuff

nice session, your workouts seem to fine volume wise etc, how is your diet, make sure your getting 6 meals, an about 20-30 grams of protein in each! and eat ya veggies!

Damn, just didn't make it and write here because of my laziness... But well, it's time for the light week. I'll be away from the gym for almost a week, and then start over again. Last week was brutal: all to failure, and at the last session I could barely lift my arms:D Ass and quads hurted like shit and chest almost burned out, so mission accomplished

I have a dream. Dream of a bigger, more ripped body. So, I've started studying all about DoggCrapp, and might start it after this wave. Quite interesting, I think. Half a year of that and then maybe back to hybrid training.

BTW, how many of you guys have trained with doggcrapp? At pakkotoisto, there is a bunch of guys training by its rules, but how about here?

Ok, first DC workout is now behind and I must say, that I'M LOVING IT!!!

I'm using 3-split version, and doing it 4 times a week. I post a screenshot from the plan later.

A1
1.Incline Bench Press DB: 28,5kg x 8-4-2 (That's Rest-Pause)
2.Military Press Smith 60kg x 8-4-2
3.CGBP 50kg x 5-4-2 (Raged after the first rest, and lifted like hell)
+ Extreme Stretches.

Damn those E.S's hurted. The strange thing is, that it felt good the same time:D

Thanks. Progress will just get greater (I hope so:D) But you ain't going to see any pictures yet. I must cut down still a bit (now the bf is a lot under 10, but still, I'm trying to get ripped:gaygay:) and grow a lot. Maybe summer is the time, when I see some progression and post a few pics.

BTW. Thanks for all who have written into this thread. I appriciate your support

okay, today's workout is now done. I really have to get a training partner, if I want to do those rack-chins. I got some guy to lift the weights once, but he continued doing his workout, and I didn't know how to get those weights up again:disgust:

A2
1. Bb curl 27kg x 9-4-3
2. Hammer curls 18kg x 12 (almost forgot to slow the negative phase:disgust:)
Stretched the biceps & forearms
3. Rack-chins 23,5kg x 7-4- (no spotter, last rp fucked up)
4. Deadlift 100kg x 7,4
Stretched the back

I promise to translate my trainingplan to english and attach it here tonight, okay?:D

E: I need to buy wriststraps
