you have to feel for the poor guy... hes been in detention since Nov 7 I dont get why his bail was rejected he is a public figure (however small Pro BBing may be) and wants to remain in US. It wasnt like he was going to disappear and hide away from authorities; his livelyhood literally depends on staying in limelight! Why would you deny bail... fuuking stupid judge!

He could have easily avoided all this mess. He knew it could of been a problem, but did nothing to fix it.
