I hope Jay can fix some things and come back looking like he has a few years back cause if not its going to be a battle between Phil and Victor forsure. Best arms, still vascular and with incredible striations clearly revealing the difference between biceps and triceps and brachialis, better calves, Incredible for a black guy (No racist comment ok) his calves are far better than other guys onstage and not syntholized as Victor, better quad sweeps. Wao, Phil heath will be Mr.Olympia next year for sure
