i thought MD.pl failed with the rest of the vids (of a total of 7 parts) "Road to the Arnold" with Victor, and they did, cus the part 4 (6 weeks out) is available now, 1 week after the Arnold..

Training shoulders; condition was incredible if u ask me, especially for 6 weeks out!
