WBA heavyweight champion Manuel Charr is to defend his title against Fres Oquendo but the fight was cancelled owing to the drug testing of Charr that showed positive for steroids. It is a sad ending to the championship fight for the German Charr because he was being lined up for bigger fights if he successfully defends his WBA belt.

How come anyone who has to face Fres Oquendo pops for steroids use? Is he that scary? Oquendo may have the worst luck in boxing.
