WBA strawweight title - Knockout CP Freshmart vs. ArAr Andales

Thai champion Knockout CP Freshmart will stake his WBA strawweight title against upcoming Filipino boxer ArAr Andales in Bangkok, Thailand. Freshmart is undefeated with 19 wins and 7 KOs while the challenger is also undefeated with 10 wins and only 2 KOs. Even being the underdog Andales vows to upset the champion when they meet in the ring on August 2.

The Filipino boxer was trying to dominate the fight when Freshmart seemed to be getting a second wind. But the slow down was maybe due to the cut caused by a head butt. When another cut was inflicted by an alleged head butt, the fight was stopped in the 8th round due to injury and the victory was awarded to Freshmart who remains undefeated with 20 wins while Andales suffered his first defeat.
