WBO Oriental super bantamweight champion Jeo Santisima will be defending his crown against Victor Oriel Lopez of Mexico. Santisima has a 14-fight winning streak and remains unbeaten since 2014. He has a fight record of 16-2 with 14 KOs wihile Lopez sports a record of 13-6-1 with 6 KOs. Santisima’s last fight was to claim the belt on a win over Likit Chane.

The Mexican boxer proved that he was a tough nut to crack that Santisima had to spend 12 rounds in the ring to extract a unanimous decision. Lopez was clearly receiving the bombs of Santisima in the first 2 rounds but he rallied on the 3rd and in the succeeding 3 rounds to put Santisima in danger. But in the last 4 rounds, Santisima was clearly ahead although Lopez was amazing with his endurance considering the hard punches that he was receiving.
