Only 22 years old, the Mexican champion is aiming to have a fight with his idol Canelo Alvarez who is currently the middleweight champion of the world. But would the promoters agree to have 2 Mexicans champions fight? Golden Boy promotions of Oscar Dela Hoya is the promoter of Munguia and Alvarez so maybe that idea of having the 2 boxers on the ring will never happen.
