Jaime Munguia stopped Sadam Ali in the 4th round to grab the WBO junior middleweight belt. A touted rising star in his division, Munguia showed his advantage in size and heavy punching that made the fight one-sided. The 21-year old Mexican dropped the American Ali 2 times in the first round and another in the 2nd round. When Ali fell to the canvas on the 4th round, the referee stopped the fight. The fight was held in StubHub Center in Carson, California last Saturday, May 12.
