Hey ya'll! In short, I do need a lot of advice. I have some age on me and was supposed to do my last dance about 1 year and 4 months ago. The doctors can't seem to figure it out but I am here, bound and absolutely determined to do something really strange.
I lost most of my muscle tone in the process of kicking the bucket, but I now have most of it back. What I want is to not only get it all back, but add a bunch to it. Please, do not get tired of answering a lot of questions from me. I will guarantee that whatever good advice I get will be read and re-read and used. Your time will not be wasted and maybe in a year or two I can be the one giving good advice also and a body to prove it!! Thanks and a tip-o-the-hat........Bobby
