You can’t convince me there’s a tougher exercise machine than the Arsenal Pendulum squat. This thing makes 2 plates per side feel heavier than 5 plates on almost any hack squat. Honestly, even heavy traditional squats don’t hit me like this does.
On a discomfort scale, it’s a 10/10—but it’s the good kind of discomfort. No joint or back pain, just pure muscle engagement.
If I could only do one exercise for quads for the rest of my life, this would be it.
