I train at 6 a.m. and the thought of a real meal makes me queasy. I’ve tried skipping food and I run out of gas halfway through.

What do you eat that goes down easy?

I’d keep it really light if a full meal makes you queasy that early. A banana, a little applesauce, or a small carb drink can be enough to get some energy in without upsetting your stomach, then have a proper breakfast after training.

banana and a spoonful of peanut butter, or just a couple rice cakes with honey. liquid stuff goes down easiest for me, like a small shake or chocolate milk.
