what time do you stay up to on week days and weekend nights?


for me anywhere between 9pm - 10pm

11pm is the norm for the week. Weekends, depends, from 11pm to 6am. It depends on where the night takes me. Not so much lately, I have been settling down so really the I have been going to bed before 3 for the most part on weekends.

usually go to bed at 10 but i alway watch tv.. so lets say i turn the tv off at around 11.30pm..

Find it hard to sleep before 11....most weeknights its closer to 12:30-1:00 before I'm in bed even though I'd like to be sleeping by 10 so i get my 8 hours of sleep

Weekends its all over the map but i usually catch 8-10 hours rest most weekend nights.

This week I'm on nightshift so 7:00-8:00am. On normal weeks anywhere from 10pm to 3am depending on what's on tv, whether the wife is horny or begging for a cuddle and whether I've eaten before I leave work or when I get home.
