im trying to gain size.
however im a drug tested athlete.
i cant take supplements, even though theyre not banned, due to the risk of cross contamination.
so im looking for something with zero risk, that has roughly the same G of protein.
so far the only think ive found is milk power, with per 100G has 35G of protien.
any thoughts or ideas if i should stay with this or try something else ?
