Hi everyone. I'm 26, 182cm, 235lbs. I'm probably 25% bf and want to get shredded to around 200lbs as quick as possible.
I'm currently eating whole foods, lifting 5 days a week and fitting in cardio. I take BCAA's with glutamine in between workouts and a scoop of 90% iso immediately post workout. Currently taking c4 before lifting about 4/5 times before gym.
I've previously taken ephedrine, caffeine, and baby asperine to cut but i feel like it isn't the safest route all things considered.
One problem I believe I have is portion control as I really like to eat.
If you were me, what would you do to get shredded? Is there a supplement that could help me?
