I want one of these also... Spud Inc. Deadlifting Belt
spudincbelt400-1.jpg

More flex in the belt to make it more comfortable to use while training deadlifts.

To be honest, if I ever break it in properly and it ever becomes "comfortable" then I'm pretty sure it will be time for a new one.

This is my belt... I upgraded from my old Toro 10mm cuz I blew out the pins. This thing is absolutely naughty. Inzer 13mm... leaves blood blisters every time I squat/dead, and I wouldn't want it any other way.

How does the 13mm thickness compare to the 10mm? What sort of difference do you notice?

I've never tried a 13mm.

I have the exact same belt, even blue in colour. I only use mine for deadlifts and squats but I am thinking of getting another tapered weightlifting belt. Basically hitting full squat depth can be hard with a standard powerlifting belt, especially with front squats (because you essentially go deaper).

I wear my weight belt a little higher than most it seems, I have no problem with my belt hindering depth... however I do come out with bruising most of the time.

The 13mm Inzer is MUCH stiffer than my 10mm Toro. A powerlifting buddy of mine has had one for two years, and it still holds its shape true to the day he bought it. I never thought there would be much of a difference, but my powerlifting buddies always had the Inzer belts. Once I stripped the pins on my Toro, I thought I would switch it up. Like Tim said, the larger belts make it difficult for certain movements. I've never had any problems getting below parallel on squats but when I deadlift, sometimes I feel constricted through the movement. That is only when I pull conventional, but when I pull sumo, I have no problems. If you're thinking about getting the Inzer belt, I would absolutely recommend it! If you have any questions, let me know!

My only problem with the thicker belts is that they aren't IPF regulation size, I couldn't afford to have an assortment of belts lol.
