I’m already getting hungry just thinking about it. What helped you stay consistent, mentally and physically? Any tricks for dealing with cravings, low energy, and social situations?

Honestly, man, the biggest thing is making the cut livable. I've tried being too aggressive with calories, and after a while you're hungry, cranky, and thinking about food every five minutes. 😂

I'd say the biggest thing is not making the diet harder than it needs to be. Keep meals you actually enjoy, use plenty of filling foods like potatoes, vegetables, and lean protein, and save some calories for the time of day when cravings usually hit.
