Which bodybuilder has the greatest shoulders?

Phil Heath used to have some of the best shoulders in bodybuilding. Is he the king of shoulders? People used to say it but I do not think Phil Heath was even close to having the best shoulders. Don't get me wrong. Phil Heath has wicked shoulders but the best? Check out Markus Ruhl next to Dennis Wolf. He makes Dennis Wolf look like a little twirp in regards to shoulders! What do you think? I think Markus Ruhl wins shoulders but who am I missing?

Others with simply huge delts: Ruhl, Ronnie, Jay's had shape as well, Wolf, Phil, Roelly.
