Which Compound, Comparison, or Educational Topic Should We Cover Next?

Another week of discussions is complete, and now it is time for the community to help shape what comes next.

We have covered anabolic steroid pharmacology, cardiovascular medications, metabolic compounds, peptides, endocrine signaling, blood markers, and training.

There are still many areas worth exploring in greater detail.

So this weekend, the question is simple:

What should we cover next?

Compound Education

You can suggest a compound that deserves a complete educational breakdown.

A detailed post can explore areas such as:

Chemical family

Receptor activity

Enzyme interactions

Metabolism

Hormonal pathways

Medical history

General health considerations

The goal is to explain the biology clearly rather than simply repeat common descriptions.

Comparison Topics

Comparisons are often one of the easiest ways to understand pharmacology.

Possible areas include:

Different androgen families

Different testosterone esters

DHT related compounds and 19 nor compounds

SERMs and aromatase inhibitors

Different beta blockers

Different 5 alpha reductase inhibitors

GLP 1 based medicines and newer multi receptor research compounds

The purpose of a comparison does not have to be deciding which one is better.

A good comparison can simply explain why two compounds behave differently.

Hormone Biology

We can also focus entirely on the underlying endocrine system.

Possible topics include:

Testosterone

Estradiol

DHT

Prolactin

Thyroid hormones

Insulin

Glucagon

SHBG

Androgen receptors

Estrogen receptors

Dopamine receptors

Understanding these systems makes many compound discussions much easier to follow.

Enzyme Biology

Enzymes are another area worth exploring.

Possible discussions include:

Aromatase

5 alpha reductase

Deiodinase enzymes

Liver metabolism

Hormone conversion pathways

Learning what these enzymes actually do helps explain why compounds with similar reputations can behave very differently.

Bloodwork and Health Markers

We can also continue breaking down laboratory markers.

Possible topics include:

HDL

LDL

Triglycerides

Hemoglobin

Hematocrit

Liver related markers

Kidney related markers

Blood glucose

Thyroid markers

Testosterone

Estradiol

Prolactin

Understanding what a marker represents is often more valuable than simply seeing whether a number is high or low.

Metabolic Research

Metabolic medicine continues to develop rapidly.

Future educational discussions could cover:

GLP 1 receptors

GIP receptors

Glucagon receptors

Dual receptor agonists

Triple receptor agonists

Insulin signaling

Appetite regulation

Energy expenditure

These topics can help explain why modern metabolic therapies are much more complicated than simply reducing hunger.

Peptide and Receptor Biology

Peptide discussions could focus more on receptor systems and research status.

Possible subjects include:

Melanocortin receptors

Growth hormone signaling

IGF 1 biology

HCG and gonadotropin signaling

Peptide stability

Receptor selectivity

Research compounds

This approach keeps the conversation centered on biology and evidence.

Training Topics

We also want to continue the community training discussions.

Possible subjects include:

Recovery

Exercise selection

Training volume

Progressive overload

Strength progression

Program design

Rest periods

Training frequency

Long term consistency

Some of the best conversations happen when members explain what actually changed their training over the years.

Suggest Something Completely Different

You do not have to choose from the categories above.

If there is a subject we have not covered before, post it.

It could be:

A receptor

A hormone

A laboratory marker

A medication class

A metabolic pathway

A training question

A comparison

A research topic

If enough people request the same subject, we can move it higher on the upcoming discussion list.

What should we cover next?

Drop one compound, comparison, hormone pathway, laboratory marker, or training topic you would genuinely like to understand better.
