the closest thing to a pro is our trainer... he used to be a local champion and competed abroad
hes got some pics up on the wall at the gym... very good physique

You need to get yourself a smith machine in order to lure pros to your hardcore gym.

Danny Hester's brother used to train at my gym..... but danny hester didnt turn pro... he couldve but he was such a lazy ass, i can beleive the development he had for not being very dedicated, but even then , it was just his brother lol
