not again the simmetry issues about jay!
of course right bicep and thigh are smaller but, especially in the arm, the differennce is not noticeable (the bicep itself is smaller but the whole arm has the same diametre more or less).
anyway this is not enough to take away from jay's superiority:
superior mass
great condition, especially for a big guy.
complete package (let's not forget that dex has average, if not subpar legs and his calves are non existent!)
enough to win and if it wasn't enough the fact that the judges tend to reward the guy who make major improvemnts...and you have your fair winnr

jay absolutely, 40 pounds of mass cant be ignored when they both bring the conditioning to the table. this is still bbing, and mass should count for something. jays lower body kills dexters. better quads, better hams, and dexter has absolutely no calves whatsoever. jay has every bodypart. tonight jay is taking it!!!

I'm going with Jay. Jay outsizes him by quite a bit and Dex has symmetry issues of his own.
