After seeing Bulkboy's thread I decided it was time to post a presidential election thread.

Who's gonna take it?

:food-snacking:

I'm going with Obama. I left A LOT of people out of the poll selection on purpose. These are the only candidates that really have a chance.

I added Ron Paul to keep our libertarian/patriots happy.

Just added it. Thread always goes up before the poll.

Voted Ron Paul because I hate the rest of the candidates. His plan makes sense- the more you know the more you like him.

If you don't vote for Ron Paul, you're voting for at least four more years of the Iraq/Afghanistan wars.

pretty simple choice.

pretty simple choice.

As well as for the economy to likely plummet :linedrunk:

I must say, I like Ron Paul. More so than any of the other candidates. I just don't think he's going to win.

Maybe we should have a seperate poll indicating who each mecca member will vote for?

I'm voting for Paul if he gets nominated. If not, I'll probably vote Obama.

As much as I desperately want RP to win, it is looking like Huckabee. I dont want a Dem in office, but I would prefer Obama over Billary anyday.
But I will vote for Ron Paul or Tech, Flex, and IS will shun me

^^Son tortures dogs, ignored legislators, lawmakers, and the people themselves while in office, pardoned a swath of proven and convicted violent offenders (murderers, rapists, etc) despite protests by said legislators and the general public, not to mention the victim's families.

What's not to love about Huckabee:e5dunno:

Moronic, blind Evangelicals:no: 43% of voters said they went for him because of shared beliefs....60% of them were Evangelicals. Religion should never breed ignorance and stupidity, but this is a fine example of such.

Dr. Paul has been the only canidate that has been consistent in his views concerning progressive change in our nation. Everyone else is more than happy to point out what's wrong in our nation, but they can do little else.

Ron Paul is the only true hope for our nation in this election. All other canidates are unwilling or unable to take a stand on expansionism, economics, and true national sanctity.
