Why Clen works better than other stimulants in terms of Beta-2 receptors? How does it simultaneously suppress appetite?

By experience of 6 yrs I know Clen works best while shredding due to it being Beta-2 agonist as well as slight anti-catabolic in nature. Why is it able to suppress appetite though? How it responds to the normal Ghrelin responses which often disrupt diets?

Because of it unavailability, I tried Black Mamba, Y-hcl, ECA (GenX Nevada), Ephedra as alternatives but don't deliver similar results.
Also, where can I get good Clen 40mcg in Dallas? I don't trust the online stores enough. Would like to get in-touch.
