Will a single dose shutdown your HPTA?

I have a friend albeit a very stupid friend who told me today he took 50mg of Winstrol Depot orally yesterday. Now he regrets doing it and doesn't want to cycle just yet, he is worried his HPTA will be shutdown from this single dose. I know steroids will affect HPTA function during a cycle but what will happen from that one single dose... i'm curious also

Any info on how long it takes for the feedback loop to work (your body reducing its natural production in response to exogenous administration)?

even if he ran the whole cycle of winny he wouldn't be that suppressed. tell him to educate himself and that he's an idiot for using steroids knowing nothing about them. no one should ever go into cycling blindly. (no offense to you metalMX)

oh and he is not suppresed in the least bit only taking one shot.

Ya winny isn't going to shut him down hard and with only one oral dose at 50mgs, there is nothing to worry about. The effects won't be noticable at all.
