William Bonac, just 1.5 weeks out from the 2025 Mr. Olympia, shared his simple, effective breakfast recipe that fuels his prep. Exhausted and on low carbs, he still stays disciplined, focusing on nutrition that keeps him energized and lean.

He starts with 80 grams of oatmeal, slightly below his usual 100–120 grams. To that, he adds 50 grams of blueberries and one banana (about 70–80 grams after peeling). For protein, he uses two scoops of Core Isolate whey protein from his supplement line. Each serving includes 400 mg of tribulus, 400 mg of fenugreek, and 25 g of whey protein isolate. Bonac prefers vanilla flavor for its creamy, smooth taste, though he mentions strawberry, banana, and chocolate as other options.

He mixes everything with water, adjusting the thickness based on his texture preference—keeping it thick and satisfying but easy to eat. Every gram counts during prep, and he makes sure nothing goes to waste.

Bonac explains his meal order during prep:
  • Meal 1 & 2: Chicken (eaten early when he’s hungriest)
  • Meal 3: Oatmeal with whey
  • Meal 4: Eggs and egg whites
  • Meal 5: Fish with salad
He stirs the oatmeal for about five minutes to prevent clumping and enjoys every bite, joking about licking the bowl clean because of how hungry he is. Despite the fatigue, he stays upbeat and focused, already planning his next meal three hours later.

This video gives fans a raw, personal look into the discipline and mindset that drive one of bodybuilding’s most consistent Olympia contenders.
