I recently returned from a 10 day vacation. I ate like ****, drank too much and my only physical activity was walking flights of stairs to go down water slides. So no I had a bit of a set back.

LOL, sure I did! I'm in love with Algarve, LOL. I only trained twice in my 7 days stay @ Portugal. So, yes, I did train on holidays.
PS: I did cardio at least twice a day...
