what it seems is that Ben dropped the contest after having some problem with his pec on his first attempt for 501 while stan benched 628 and will no mather if Ben does it or not try to beat JOJ total in the deadlift challenge today.

IMO it was obvious all the way from the beginning that Stan is the man who is gonna walk away with the title. I knew that Ben would "chicken out" in a way or another. I hope that Ben is OK though.

From today's deadlift challenge:

BEN WHITE opens with 600lbs....easily lifts it off the ground......... his bicep and pec is taped up from his injury yesterday.

STAN EFFERDING opens with 766lbs............. easily pulls it off the floor!

BENS 2nd Lift will be 639lbs....... he made it!

STAN's 2nd attempt will be 800lbs............he gets it! And wins the WORLDS STRONGEST BBER competition with a 1428lb combined score!


JOJ's last year total was 1338, and now Stan is the newest "strongest bb" with 1428lbs.

Plus his legs and arms seem to have been brought up a bit. Some more leg mass and he might have a very competitive BBing package as well. That will shut the haters up!

Exactly. I really hope Ben White stop bitching about he is this and that. Stan is WAY stronger than any other pro BB in the total. Period.

Burneika has shitty from from his "bodybuilding" workouts.... it would be cool to see him actually do propper lifts.
