I can't believe people STILL don't realize that picture and some others were taken after surgery.

Do you guys realise that Arnold only worked out to get fame? Sure he liked looking like that but it was his key to getting to the US and making money. Thats why he retired so fast from bodybuilding. Working out was never his life. Sorry to burst your Arnold is god bubbles.

This pic was taken right after a shoulder surgery. And like others have mentioned, he is a busy man. You can find pics 3 months after this where he is in great shape again. Sometime in everybodys life, no matter who you are, you will have a time where you will not be in good physical shape for one reason or another. Life happens.

Just to add to the correct comments by Creator and msf1: This photo was taken not long after he had had surgery and a bike crash and about 3-4 months before filming of T3 began. So the picture is:
a) old
b) he was in great shape not long after
c) he rescused a swimmer from the water the day this was taken.

Arnold is still the KING!
