Have any of you tried these supplements and which one do you prefer is the best? And is it worth the money you pay? Also if i'm taking a protein shake post workout that includes plenty of bcaa's would it be pointless to add one of these supplements during workout?

if you have plenty of BCAA in you protein shake you dont really need anymore,

ive used Xtend but that was when i had no protein powder
i only used it in the AM and PM and pre and post cardio sessions
i didnt bother with any for during a workout

Yea but i've heard that free form amino acids are better than the one's in whey because they are bonded to other things. Would this help in building and maintaining muscles during my workout?

I like intrabolic for the followingt reasons
1. a grip of L-Leucine
2. aminos add up to 7 grams of protein (enough for endurance but not too much to kick your body into digestion mode and out of an hypertorphy/anboic state)
3. 20 carbs of maltodextrin again enough to feed you body during workout but not too much to switch you over to digestion mode
4. electrolytes

i don't like intrabolic for one reason it taste like camel dick

i like xtend because it makes my penis grow and tastes like kool-aid

i don't like xtend becuse it has a weaker amino profile and no carbs

both are great products i just prefer the intrabolic
