Your way of doing eggwhites !!

I'm opening this thread cause I'm getting sick of eating my eggwhites the same way over and over.

I do them like a pancake, plain simple all eggwhite and one yolk

or

I do it with oatmeal pancake style still..


what you do with yours??

there's any delicious recipes in there??

Protein Pancakes
Few egg whites
100ml or more of skinny milk
50g oats
scoop of whey
Blend it up or mix into a sticky mixture


Omelet
4 egg whites & 1 whole egg
Sliced up mixed Veggies
Sliced up cooked chicken fillet or thigh
Add all into one bowl and mix mixture and pour into frying pan


French Toast
4 egg whites & 1 whole egg
Thickly sliced bread
Mix eggs all together into a bowl, and dunk each slice of bread into the bowl till its soggy
and cook on frying pan into french toast
add some pepper and sliced tomatoes ontop after all cooked


Remember doesn't have to be 4 eeg whites 1 whole egg, could be a mixture of 2 egg whites/2 whole eggs etc

If there bought in carton "pasteurized" egg whites there safe to eat raw, you can blend them with your favorite juice and ice cubes or protein shake etc. Easiest way to get them down haha you don't even taste em!

I usually just scramble mine with one whole egg and put salsa/hot sauce on it. Find the salsa or hot sauce helps them go down easier.

I just use the egg white cartons and one yolk, scramble em up and then eat it with hot salsa.

Oatmeal and natural peanut butter mixed together off as a side.

Considering the other dull crap I eat throughout the day, this meal is a treat.

and a slice of provalone
lettuce

wake up 30 min b4 school..go to the stove..hopefully have some PAM..lazily poor my milk-cartoned egg whites into a skillet..turn on stove..go piss, come back, put toneys on it, and put it on a plate..its good

i cook them with spinachs or
with spinachs and some shrimps or
with tuna

some back pepper on top always help too.

I do something pretty original with my egg whites: I cook them with the yolk.

Makes them much more enjoyable, more protein, more nutrients, more healthy fats and best of all they can be cooked any old way and still be better than without the yolk.

Always gotta throw in a yolk or two with the egg whites, healthy fats as Tim stated aswell as other healthy nutrients

I never "throw in a yolk or two" I eat all my eggs whole.

6-8 eggs, 2 whole,and boiled for me or just crack them all into a bowl and stick them in the microwave for a few mins.
