Are you ready to feel the overwhelming power erupting from my log ? It is 110% proven to cause immediate brain orgasms by just opening it. The sheer reading of this log will cause even a fatally wounded turtle to turn into Ronnie Coleman fused with a T-rex.
Anyway, today I woke up and did 100 HIIT laps in my pool. Then I ate and went to my gym on bike (7 km ride there downhill). Today I did arms, including shoulders.

Then 7 km on bike uphill. Ate an entire pizza. As you see, I cannot tell you the weight I use in my log, because if I did you would all die immeadetly from overexposure to awesome.
I'm just returning to the gym from a 4 month hiatus of drinking, partying and not even caring about anything. Somehow, I am more ripped than ever and still maintain most of my strenght =/
Although lost a ton of weight.
