Decided to start logging my progress here now that I have a plan that starts today! New strongman season starts @ holland, and my first comp will be the 2nd of April.
BW: bout 129kg
Stats : new training program, so no maxes
Bench: 10x95kg, current max, will smash it this week
Deads: 185kgx12, beltless, only chalk
Squat:140kgx10, beltless, ATG
Havent maxed out in months, but once i do ( end april) im gonna smash my old numbers
Today i start a new program, more conditioned based and new diet plan, want to get to 125kg and work on a lot of events.
