Yo Vegeta, this log caught my eye! I don't read any logs here, I guess I should start. I have a huge interest in strongman comps but I won't even have a chance if I can't get my overhead press to at least 200lbs (~90kgs). I'll try and stop by your log often to see how your strength gains go. What program are you following?

I love stones. They'll tear up your forearms like no other so if you have long sleeves or some tape, you'll be grateful.

Youtube them, they are deadstop rows that work explosive power and gives u very strong lats, also a diff way to hit the lats compared to all the stretch and pull movements u would normally do

Thanx freako, im hoping on a very dirty 260kg pull for the contest, one of the events is max deads last man standing, so i figured i need the 260kg to win

Stones will be on saturday, im gonna film it!

For the contest im gonna follow a very basic UB/LB split and incorporate as many events as possible, 1 main movement for max, one for some heavy dynamic work and the rest just assistance, after the contest im going to choose some focus points and work on those
