Yesterday 25th of Jan

Breakfast
-4 eggs, 2 slices brown bread, some meat deli

Postworkout
-Sports drink, 2 scoops whey

Meal 3
- Spaghetti with meats, and some salad

Meal 4
-Same as meal 3 but smaller portions

My gf's sister got her bachelor in psychology so we celebrated a bit
- I ate some chips and shit, but not much, kept protions to a minimum

Before bed
- 2 scoops lean dessert by bsn with 300 ml skim milk

Supps
-Horse power by Ultimate Nutrition
-Multi
-Omega
-Lecithine
-Joint stuff
-Hydroxycut hardcore

Lunch
-Chicken sandwich ( 1 ch breast, 2 sclices bread, piece of cheese, lettuce, mostard

Dinner
-Ate some sushi and also lots of diiferent meats( was a all you can eat sushi place, but didnt abuse the place like always :)

Before bed
-2 scoop bsn lean dessert in 300 ml

Was an off day so not much eating going on...sushi always takes care of my DOMS :)

27 jan was a wierd day...good eating but fucked it up with some late nite pizza...damn endo cravings :)

Eating wasnt optimal these days, too much party's and going out and shit..but still trying no to abuse, and i havent gained any weigth so, this alsways happens when im on break/vacation...

This mornin i ate 4 whole boiled eggs, some oatmeal( apple cinnamon package with a bit extra normal oats)

Gonna start it back up this monday

Weigth= 125kg

Supps: weight loss supp( lipodrene), l-carnitine tartate, vassive NO by ON, and whey protein, multicvitamin ( spa pak by universal)

Gonna aim for 1kg weightloss every week, diet idea coming soon...

oatmeal= 290kcals
4 whole eggs=370

Meal 2
2 slices wheat bread=160kcals
1 piece chicken=130
1 scoop protein=100

Meal 3
Same as 2=390 kcals

Meal 4
Protein Bar=230 kcals
0,5 liter milk= 250 kcals

Post workout
2 scoops protein=240kcals
small banana=80 kcals

Last meal
100 gram rice=355
225 grams beef=no idea..
150grams veggies=15?

Total kcals= overestimating the beef at 600?

558+390+390+480+230+975=3023 kcals!

Was a good day for eating....

Total protein=about 230 grams

i would stop eating the protein bar, too much sugar in it, but everything else looks real good
