Awesome man!! Some of those lifts looked pretty hard but fun. What are your plans for training now? Focus on your strongman weak points or something else?

Thanx a lot guys, was certainly fun and a good learning experience!

Next stop...Dutch Higland Challenege, 7th of may, looks very interesting! Includes weight for height and hussafeld stone, so i get to redeem myself!

As for training, have set some new goals, work hard on conditioning and such, but this week gonna give my knee a rest and then the real assault starts!

Had no idea hwo i wanted to build up the cgbp, so decided to rep out with 100, which is now a big pr for me, but leftme gassed, so minimal effort on the 110/120 sets
