Swiss bar is exact 20kg, axle is 23kg, will film more stuff in the near future, like my box squats on friday, and rack pullz

Stones, done with sporttape on forearms to save my skin, too many scars from last time and done with tacky, just because i can, makes it easier to pick up lol
