Sup guys, been having problems with my knee, havent done anything great lately, but starting monday all of that is gonna change, got 2 comps coming up, a train pull comp and a raw pl comp, more updates soon

Knee is healing up ok, and workouts are back @ 100%

Recent pr's

100kg strict log press
4x220kg deadlift pl approved
3x3x165kg atg belt only squats
3x3x112.5kg bench
5x125kg pendlay rows
5x165kg rdl
105kg powerclean, with no dip @ all

So body is back @ 100%, and now the real pr's are gonna start coming

Training has been going well, new pr's

130kg CGBP
120kgx3 CGBP
225kgx4 DL
160kgx6 Squat
180kgx2 Squat, both belt only and ipf depth
95kg MP
115kgx4 wide bench, weakest grip by far
40kgx12 incline db press, first time sinds 4 ever....need to get back @ using db's, goal is 20 reps and 4x15
Clean and press 115kg, have done 115kg before, the same day i royally injured my knee, so back @ that level in the first week back pushpressing and this time with continental clean, so much better, 120kg was a super close fail, gonna hit it out of a rack first a couple of times then hit it with clean. the cleans takes away a lot of energy and composure, really makes a difference
Hit some chain pr's as wel, dont remember them now, think bench 110kg+32kg chains close grip
2 months ago hit a 230kg deficit from 7 cm
22kgx8 db curls, reps per arm of course
40kg db strict right arm
55kg db press right arm, just for fun no WU,think i can hit 60kg no sweat
also have a 50kg one arm snatch haha and one arm yoke press 50kg

Think thats it for now

-200kg squat IPF
-250kg DL IPF
-260kg StrongmanDL
-140 CGBP
-125kg Clean and press
and some other little goals that i will hit along the way
