18 - Oliver Adzievski (not competitor list yet so please excuse some name spelling) - Ouch, stomach looks bloated. About the same as last week for Oliver. Still holding water. Great chest, looks so full.

19 - Sami Al Haddad - Ooohhh, better than last week! Legs are crazy dry, fuller, face is sucked right in tight. Detail is NUTS!! Tan looks good. Back shots sending gasps. Back shots look better due to added fullness I think. Keep control of that stomach though Sami...

20 - Khalid Almohsinawi - Damn, the lighting is SO good here! Tightest I've seen him this year, glutes and legs are dry, dry, dry! Could still use more calves, back is BEASTLY! Chest, delts, look ready to POP! Again, keep the stomach in mate...

21 - Markus Becht - Ruhl says "he is my best friend", bless. Great taper, quads are nicely splintered. Still holding water in the back. Strange looking calves, Christmas tree lower back. Arms look blurry, abs are tight when he poses then they look a little bloated when he let's is all hang out.

22 - William Bonac - WOW!!!! Tight and full, skin is nearly tearing it's so tight. Ruhl "he looks like Kai Greene".

23 - Masoom Butt - Not sure how he beat Bonac last week, one of the smaller 212's. Still, looks very strong here, arms are bonkers! Freaky guns. Legs look small compared to others that have come out so far. Great separation and detail, when he adds mass (pardon the pun, ahem) in this class. Struggles to stay full but not an issue so far with him. We'll see how things go.

24 - Steve Benthin - Awww, nice physique!!!! Wow, beautiful shape, look at them pins! Only thing I'm NOT keen on is the dodgy porno moustache! Huge calves, he flows juuuust RIGHT! Owww, splits! Great, healthy looking body.

25 - Edwardo Correa - Every bit as shredded as last week. A little flat though? Compared to Sami and Bonac I think so. Lady emcee "he is amazingggg". Marcus "it's genetics, it'd diet, it's a horrible life" and both chuckle. As always Edwardo is SKINNED!!! Was he better last week though? Hmm. (strokes chin and looks pensively) I think he's lost fullness, holding that kind of condition you're gunna risk burning muscle tissue with all the travel and whatnot...

27 - Ralf Herget - Big arms, soft from the back, over 40? Thickly muscled guy but this is one tough class to jump into...Great delts! Old school. Ruhl says he is "48".

26 - Fauzi Hanst - Crazy wide back, still a little watery but improving with each show.

28 - Flex Lewis - DRY! Hard, full, good crowd response. Not as full as last week in UK pro but definitely more detailed. Great colouring.

29 - Lukas Osladil - A local boy, 212 Toronto pro winner earlier this year. Looks soft when he's relaxed then boom, he poses. It's weird, he's shredded but the detail isn't wowing me as I expected. Can't put my finger on it. Is he too heavy? Was only a 90kg (198lbs) last year so maybe too much size on too quickly? Lacks separation.

30 - Lee Powell - UK pro, been pro since 2001, this is more like it LEE!!! Looked poor last week with what I'm used to seeing. TEN times better than last week, last week he had too much oil, shaking and trembling onstage. Not this time. Looks more relaxed. Pec tear ain't too pretty but **** happens. Legs are back with a vengeance, never a weak aread for him though but last week they looked half the size. Colour is far better than in Manchester. Good job LEE!

31 - Frederic Sauvage - Not as good as I was expecting, I'm a fan of this guy but looks poor. Watery, arms look undersized. Disappointing as this guy when he's on is incredible.

Open prejudging:


1 - Jamie Atienza - So much potential, one BIG UNIT!!! Still want to see this guy next year come in lighter and I think, much better. Massive hanging legs, probably weigh 50kg EACH!!! Needs to bring that waist down. Hams are sliced to hell. Quads are dry.

2 - Grigori Atoyan - "Crazy shoulders" comments Ruhl. Better than last week, harder with better colour. Side delts BOTH look suspicious. Plenty of thickness, not far off his best here.

3 - Thomas Benagli - The one to watch for the future! Mr Potential if he throws away those weighing scales and goes for refinement. Nice condition, unbelievable from the front, skin is tearing, I umm, think...

4 - Toney Freeman - Tiger's Cool-omoter just went BANGGG!!! He's ready for this! Better than last weekend. VERY close to his best. Ooh, back shots are watery, didn't expect that. Looks so dry everywhere else! Legs look fuller which is good news. Cool, just cool, so cool.

5 - Johnnie Jackson - BEAST!!!!! Best crowd response so far. Getting 'wow's' and lots of love from the Czech crowd. Legs look good, dry as a bone! Crammed with non-organic TEXAN BEEF!!!! Rhoden and Wolf have got TROUBLE!!! Abs nice and tight, no distension. He looks PSYCHED!!!!

6 - Michael Kefalianos - The Greek Myth!!! In a thousand years statues will be erected in his honour in the hills of Kos, Greece. Bursting with BEEF!!! Never out of condition. So much respect for this under-rated pro. Arms in the side chest - JESUS!!! Harder than JOJ if that's EVEN POSSIBLE? Lats striated to buggery. Tan is perfect, posing finally is better, he always fell down on that in previous shows.

7 - Yuri Leonov - Scary thickness! Definitely a tad tighter last week. One for the hardcore fans who like their shredded beef served RAW!!! Sparkly pantaloons! Nice! Quads, chest, delts and back and awesome!

8 - Edward Nunn - Not seen him Dallas, oh wow! Better! Heard he deserved better in Madrid 2 weeks ago? Not the biggest in terms of density so has to be this ripped to do damage. Yeah, he's ready for this. Is his waist not as small as year's previous I ask myself? Crowd loves him.

9 - Robert Piotrkowicz - Hell yeahhhh!!!! How on this earth did he improve on LAST WEEK? He HAS!!!! Yikes! Looks 5 pounds fuller and even drier. Did he sell his soul to the devil in return for 5% improvements or something? Skin tissue thin. I think he's here to reap revenge on JOJ and Freeman! This **** just got REAL interesting...

10- Shawn Rhoden - Front double bicep drawaing the ooh's and ahh's once more. Glutes are splintering in his side poses. He's drier but not as full as last week. Back is less watery, nice. Looks smaller this weekend. But has gained condition so hopefully a smart move? Not the standout like he was last weekend IMO. Wanna see what Wolf brings...

16 - Roelly Winklaar - Big crowd response. Shrinking with each show but does look better than last week easily. I'm impressed, back shots are really coming back with a vengeance. Needs more triceps! JOKE!!! They're mad!!! He looks better than I expected, was in the gym with him on Monday and I thought he was crazy doing this show, but he does look impressive considering.

17 - Dennis Wolf - OH MY GOD!!! THUD!! (Giles faints) Jesus, looks amaze-balls! Those hams from the side, no longer a weakness. Ripped glute - first time I've ever seen! Even the calves look better. Dry, crazy full! Needs to watch that stomach though, it could cost him the win next to the pretty, pretty Rhoden...It is a DOG FIGHT people, you heard it here first...

Two notes for the open:

JOJ is looking damn good! but when on stage you clearly notice the lack of legs, he is so massive and dense on top it's crazy - but that hurts his placings.

I'm really looking forward to see Rob P's photos from this show. I was never a fan of this guy, but in Madrid he had the wow factor - the guy WAS PEELED, I had never seen something like that, it looked like he was carved by a knife, the deep his insertions looked. Unbeleivable! well worth his 4th place.
