As far as things to work on...well, your biceps certainly don't need any work. They're ridiculous. I think that may make your triceps look small in poses like your front double bi, even though they're plainly large slabs of meat when you look at poses like your side chest and rear lat spread.

Your shoulders seem to be overpowered by your arms here:

But then they look ridiculous in your back double bi! So I don't know; maybe that's a posing thing.

Your quads are thick and have great separation. Looks like all they need is a little more sweep.

Also, we know you have that huuuuuuge rear lat spread; I don't know why they're not dominating your front lat spread.

So, I would say triceps, shoulders, and quad sweep are things to improve on in the future. They are in no way deficient, it's just that some of you is really developed already. For this show, just practice those poses like a freakin' narcissist!

As far as things you don't need to improve on...I already mentioned your biceps and rear lat spread. Your back thickness is insane. I could grate cheese on it. Your chest is pretty meaty upper and lower, which comes in handy for all the cheese I just grated. Calves look awesome. Abs are coming in great; I had no idea us fat guys could have obliques like JB! And your diet looks like it's right on track.

Certainly some offseason improvements we'll work on are upper chest, delts (to keep up with his lower arms), back thickness, quad sweeps, and possibly even mass in the hamstrings.

Although, It's time to focus on this show.

I agree iwht the hams and shoulders...try too put ur hands further behind at your wait while doingt he front lat spread so they looked more flaired out...u look freakin awesome in the side mandatory pose!! gonna rock the show!!

wow what a difference. you look like a complete different person. Everything looks good just keep doing what your doing ou are deff on schedule. I would work on this posing a lil. from the back you look a lil off balance. Keep posing as much a possible your physique will be there. what show are you doing? you should do great goodluck...

I will show you what you can do to improve your front lat and standing most muscular next weekend. We'll see if we can improve both double bicep shots also, I have some advice on the abs/thigh too.

hey everyone just wanted to really say thanks for all of teh awesome support and the great advice....i'm sry i haven't been active lately i've just been trying to balance everything and any free time i get i just wanna lay on the couch....i'm gonna bring it in 4 weeks thats for sure
