Since my lifts are the worst. Im striving for the most improved over the next 3-6 months. lololol

Height:191cms
weight:95kgs
Current max bench: 115kg (130kg best)
Current max squat:N/A (150kg best)
Current max strapless deadlift N/A (215kg strapped best)
Current Clean and Jerk 75kg (80kg best)
Current Snatch N/A (N/A Best)
Max Chin N/A (+25kg best)
Current supplements: fish oil,multi vitamin.

So Im starting with zeros in nearly every category im destined for most improved... :Spy:

I havent maxed out in awhile actually. Last squat was 120kg x 3 (ATG), best bench I think was 120kg x 1 and deadlift would be 407lbs x 2, I was strapped and belted for it though so I guess it doesn't count. I'm weighing about 103 to from memory.
