Yes sir, that was a long chest/triceps day! It's funny how your second set of incline barbell bench presses you did 155 x 3 and after that you were good to go! I get that too sometimes on the days I'm not so confident. Mind-muscle connection man, stay positive and focused and look ahead! :)
