after that i did some crunches and ganging leg raises for abs, and i was outta there. Good session, my back was tight as fuck. and i also did some stretching. Gotta start doing that more...

I've found stretching to be essential for me, so definitely stick with it. Good on ya for keeping your log active BB:xyxthumbs:

Yep stretching increases blood flow, can break down scar tissue and adhesions, plus it can stretch the fascia so that more muscle growth is possible. Of course it can also make you weaker if done incorrectly.

Just got back from my chest session. Here we go:

Chest:

flat bench press:60kgx15

pullover w/dum:27,5kgx15

then i did some crunches and hanging leg raises for abs, and thats about it. The whole session took me about 1 hour and 20 minutes.

thx bro, well i carry some bodyfat. If i was somewhat ripped i probably wouldnt be more than 82-84 kg.

Looked like a good session Bulkboy. I like the pullovers and very good numbers and reps on the Flat BB Bench.

Hanging Leg Raises are my favorite! :xyxthumbs:
