Thx for the comments. Just got back from my arm session. Here we go:

preacher curl:10kgx20(warmup)

after this set i dropped the bar, went down to 30kg and immediately did 12 more reps

dumbell hammer curls:20kgx12

rope pushdowns:20kgx20(warmup)

seated cambered bar overhead extensions:30kgx15
35kgx12
40kgx10
45kgx8

and thats it. After finishing my arms i did some crunches and hanging leg raises for abs, and i was outta there. Also spent 10 minutes in the tanning bed:gaygay:

wow, that was one of the most brutal leg sessions i have had in a long time.

Here we go:2 sets of leg extensions with 25 kg as warmup, and then

Smith maschine squats:65kgx20(warmup)
105kgx15
125kgx12
145kgx12
after this set i dropped the weights down to 125kg, gave myself 30 seconds to rest, and then did 15 more reps. I was a massacre, i just layed on the floor trying to get up, but i couldnt stand. My partner then had to help me up. I thought i was going to puke, but somehow i didnt. I went outside to catch some fresh air, and then i got back in and continiued...

dumbell lunges:20kgx12

lying leg curls:20kgx20

then i did some sitting calf raises with a dumbell. Think it was a 30 kg or somethin. just wanted a pump. I was fucked up, but damn i love it...

You pretty much killed yourself today! Props!! :xyxthumbs: Really good weights and volume on everything. Im finding I like higher volume for leg day too.

Onebigeric:No not a yates machine. Kinda hard to explain, but its not a nautilus machine, i'll tell you that. Thx for the kind words, really motivating when they come from you, considering the fact that you lift twice as much as me...:(
