ok time to update the log again, i have just started a new 4 day split
today i did chest, biceps and calves, here we go

Chest:

Flat bench barbell press:

incline dumbell press:

did some sitting calf raises to, dont remember what i did...

After this i did 20 minutes of cardio on the treadmill
first i walked 7km/h for 5 minutes then i jogged 9km/h for 10 minutes before i ran 15km/h for 5 minutes, did some stretching and was outta there.

very Solid chest workout, curls look strong too. Pics look great honestly, you have alot of thickness yet you cans till see pretty good abb definition. Also wide back.

yeah i know, but the thing is that my shoulder day is so extensive(shoulders, triceps and cardio and abs) that i have to get some of the work done elsewhere. This means i now have to do rear delts on back day:xyxthumbs:

Good work, even on the deadlifts, thats some pretty heavy weight especially considering its your 3rd time doing them.
