usually not a good thing to switch leg angles and foot positions on the leg press. reason being u place a tremendous amount of stress on ur lcl and mcl. if u tear these ligaments, ur goin to want to kick urself in the ass.

Seated side laterial raises - 10,8,6,10 Weight - 25,30,30,25 (lbs)
Rear raises - 10,8,6,10 Weight - 22.5,25,30,25 (lbs)
Shrugs - 10,8,6,10 Weight - 80,120,138,80 (kg)

Abs
V-ups - 4 x 15
Leg raises - 4 x 10

Cardio
40 mins bike hardest difficulty

Had trouble keeping the bar straight on militarys. On the 3rd set of laterials last few reps had crappy form. I had a good workout overall though, was done in around an hour.

Never done 50 lbs on the seated curls before, form wasn't picture perfect but it was good enough, finished in around 1 hour and 20 mins, mainly due to the gym being packed.

Shouler was twingin a bit on the deads, but yeah it sucks sometimes. Form sucked on the t bars, found it hard to keep my back straight. First time I've ever rolled out the 100 lb on the db row, I was very impressed. Good workout overall, done in about 55 mins.

Didn't have time for cardio today, I'll add it onto fridays session.

Good session overall, done in about 45 mins.

Thanks for the kind words boys, today was legs.

Legs
Leg extension (30 degree angle for knee rehab) - 5 x 10 Weight - 30
Leg press (half reps due to knee) - 5 x 10 w/ 10 sec break between sets then 1 min break then do another 5 sets with a 10 sec break between them Weight - 150 (kgs)
Stiff legged deadlifts - 10,8,6,10 Weight - 58,80,98,58 (kgs) (Increase!)
Standing leg curls - 10,8,6,10 Weight - 30,40,50 (max),30 (Increase!)
Standing Calf Raises - 5 x 10 Weight - 72 (kgs)

Sweet session today, those sets on leg press where killer, I could barely walk after it. SLDL's where harder to, just managed to do that 6. Stretched and was out in 50 mins.

Not too shabby chesty, those SLDL are excellent. You really fried your hammies, how do you position your feet on the leg press anyway? Seems you got much more of a hammy workout then quad workout. Are squats out of the question from the knee recovery? Hope it recovers well I want to see some Squats in here!
