Good to hear you're focusing on form for a bit to make sure it's correct. I have to drop weight and focus on form every once in a while when I start chasing weight too much. You never realize how important injury prevention is until you're injured.

Thanks Prize, just returned from my first workout in a week. I was a tad weaker then usual, but all in all it left me feelin good.

Chest
Incline dumbbell press (lbs)
40's x 12 (warm up)
40's x 10 (warm up)
60's x 10

70's x 4

Flat smith machine press (kgs)
60 x 10
80 x 6

Dips (bodyweight)
Me x 10

Me x 10

Got pissy for only getting 6 so done an extra set and made sure I squeezed ten out.

Flat dumbbell flies (lbs)
30's x 15
30's x 10
30's x 8

Not a heavy weight, just nice and slow with a good stretch and squeeze.

Cardio
30 mins treadmill (Speed 6km/h, Incline 7%, 282 cals burned)
15 mins elliptical (Speed 5, 280 cals burned)
15 mins Recumbent bike (Speed 5, 87 cals burned)

So that's around 650 cals burned for today. I'll get around to your logs momentarily guys.

That treadmill was brutal. I nearly quit because my feet where getting blisters and bleeding, but FUCK that shit son!
